We're starting recruiting season tomorrow. I've decided in addition to that whole "loves Jesus, loves kids thing," I will start looking for secret rock stars and opera divas.

My Summer 2010 Team was one of the best I've served with. I'm pretty sure they all belt it out in the shower. They don't do anything half-way. Most of them are coming back this summer--contracts signed within 10 minutes of getting them. They never waiver in commitment.
As I was putting away Christmas today, I was thinking about how much I love this team (and the fabulous party we had at my place).
I love having so many college students in my life and my home.
And I'm very thankful my floors have not yet crashed in from dance parties...
